Great Exam, Excellent Honest Service Dr Forbes and his staff are great. I must admit I am a bit nervous going to the doctors office for anything. Dr Forbes and his staff made me feel immediately comfortable. The east portland (Happy Valley / Clackamas) office is easy to find, relaxed and comfortable, and I didnt feel rushed in any way. Very Pretty Office My experience at Mt Scott Vision was very good. I kinda dread the whole "which is better one or two thing", but much to my suprise Dr Forbes doesn't do it that way. The device he uses let me see both of the choices at the same time which made the exam much easier. I didnt feel like I was just guessing or giving random answers. Take Your Eyeballs Here! The Dr and Staff at Mt Scott Vision are excellent. They are friendly and helpful. My whole experience in the office was first rate. The office is new, clean and modern. The eye exam equipment is all computerized and very impressive. Dr Forbes is friendly and knowlegable and Chris his optician was great. I found a very nice frame and Chris ordered "digital progressive" lenses. I must admit I was skeptical at first. But he assured me that this new type of lenses were better. Finally comfortable contact lenses My experience at Mt Scott Vision was terrific. I had been struggling with my contact lenses for years. Though I had gone to several other Drs over the years and tried several different lenses, none were very comfortable. After a very extensive exam Dr Forbes recommended a new brand of contact lens. It was a hit from the moment it touched my eye. I see better and have better comfort than I have ever had in 15 years of wearingh lenses. Thank you Dr Forbes and Mt Scott Vision.
Awesome Sunglasses Saved My Eye Ive been looking for the perfect pair of sunglasses for quite some time now. Looked at all the usual outlets, but just couldn't find what I wanted. I needed a pair that would be safe for motorcycle riding. The optician here (Chris) showed me some Wiley X glasses that were perfect. I need prescription lenses so they had to order them. Really Nice Place Beautiful office, absolutely top shelf from the leather waiting room chairs to the high tech exam equipment. Ive worn glasses all my life (57 years of it) and had probabably 20+ eye exams. I have to say this was the most professional exam I have ever had. The doctor and his staff were great, they took the time to answer all my questions. Best Glasses Ive Ever had These are the best glasses I have ever owned. After a very thorough exam and a half hour picking out the perfect frame. I expected to be subjected to the high pressure sales pitch on lenses. You know the one (used to buy at LensCrafters) were they triple the price by adding on everything but the kitchen sink and then cut the price in half to try and make you feel like you got a deal. Mt Scott and Dr Forbes are excellent Mt Scott Vision, Dr Forbes and his staff are excellent. I have tried several optometrists in the area over the years, and this was my best experience to date. The office was very nice (brand new actually) and easy to find. I was greeted nicely, and the exam was very comprehensive. They have lots of frames to choose from. Very Satisfied My experience at Mt Scott Vision with Dr Forbes was great. The office was easy to find and I could park right in front of the office. The office is clean and modern (and has a great view.... id like to work there :-) ) the frame selection was good and the dr and staff answered all my questions. My new glasses are awesome. I think its the best Ive ever seen. Definately reccomend !!!
