I have been going to Forbes for a few years now. Normally I am met with kindness and competency. While I still believe they are a skilled dental practice my recent experience with their billing means I will be looking somewhere else. I was informed I had a few cavaties and upon leaving was asked to schedule a filling for two of them. I was provided a treatment plan with a cost breakdown that was reasonable and would mostly be covered by my dental insurance. I have been a patient at Forbes Dental since he took over the practice of Dr.J.Sherwood how many years ? i stopped working in the building 30 years ago and was seeing Dr.Forbes so I cannot count the years exactly. Having been with him so many years should tell you he’s an excellent Dentist, gentle, explains and he knows keeping my teeth is my goal 😁. J.
