Rodent infested dump. My mother is stuck there for now and has been in three different rooms. the first one wasn't great but better than the next two she has spent time in and where she is now. I have seen dead mice, live mice, mouse droppings... my mother has named two mice she sees in her room and drops food on the floor for them. She is not getting how its bad that they are there. Great staff, good rehab however, the meals I wouldn’t feed a dog, unacceptable. They also need to call pest control. No one wants to bring home COCKROACHES when they leave there.
Went to visit my nephew this week who is a patient on the 6th floor as I was waiting for the elevator by the dining room I looked inside and saw a girl from the activities department she said her name was Amber I believed the residents were having a prom at the facility and I was so impressed how she was creating a tree branch by branch putting up wall paper by herself and I was so impressed and amazed how talented she was and how a single person could transfer a room when I visited Wednesday she was still hard at work so th... read more
don't bring ur love ones here there not rite the caregivers are rude they act nice but there not they don't care about the people they walk around n dont do nothin they had my dad in there and ain't do him rite they ain't feed him for real they ain't do what they was supposed to do the place is nasty the food real nasty please don't send your love ones here smh
