The Careteam there is super attentive with lively personalities, warm, caring and thoughtful & instilling a sense of confidence. Dad's been there before & at that time could freely share his impressions. Given his situation, I'm sure that he would like that his trail has led him to a caring team!
Great staff, good rehab however, the meals I wouldn’t feed a dog, unacceptable. They also need to call pest control. No one wants to bring home COCKROACHES when they leave there. Update 2 months later: They are currently remodeling which is good however I believe they should use that money to fix the INTERNAL issues. MICE, FOOD & BUGS. My mother has a mouse that comes and goes from her room. A festering cesspit of offensive odours, rodents, bed bugs, and other pests to which no human being should be exposed. Your loved ones would be better off abandoned in the back alley of a third world slum.
Today was my first visit and from this visit, everyone was very professional and pleasant to speak with. I got to visit with my sister in a calm and friendly atmosphere.
