I wish I could give no stars. Place is dirty. Staff are ignorant to residents. Patients in solied diapers no help. Call bell not being answered. Disgusting place all around. They have air conditioner heating units in windows that are blowing filthy stuff when on. Horrible place all the way around. I feel for the patients that have no one to advocate or check on them.
As a first time guest I felt very welcome there, everyone I passed was pleasant and greeted me, and the sign-in process was simple, front desk people were helpful.
