Great management. Great place too work if you haven't worked in the trades before tough job and tough guys too work with but great experience and mental training if your looking to work in any trade and looking too test your strength. Very professional enviornment.
You make as much as you contribute in my experience. Decent company to work for hard to move up as a young adult. The only issue is a select few people with negative attitudes but that's everywhere you go. All in all, decent company, run by a decent guy.
