Dr. Lowe is great! The staff that work there are horrible! My insurance company even called for us and was hung up on. If you don’t take our insurance no need to be rude or lecture us when we arrived. Did the whole place need to know? No southern charm here!! Think twice before you make an appointment.
The exam & experience itself was great .. Beyond that, I'm not impressed with the service. I explained to one of the staff members more than one time that I'm on a time crunch to pick up my rx because I'm going out of town, told her I was on my way to pick up my rx and was never told the entire staff leaves & they shut their doors for an hour at lunch .. My father and I couldn't be happier with the staff at For Your Eyes Site! Heather and Felicia were helpful and pleasant! Dr. Lowe was professional, upbeat and easy to understand. Thank you for the care and service you provided! I highly recommend this office!
