The exam & experience itself was great .. Beyond that, I'm not impressed with the service. I explained to one of the staff members more than one time that I'm on a time crunch to pick up my rx because I'm going out of town, told her I was on my way to pick up my rx and was never told the entire staff leaves & they shut their doors for an hour at lunch .. So with my schedule totally planned out, I sit and wait for an hour. Would have been nice to have been told this .. Update: One of the Costo staff was able to go into their ... read more

My father and I couldn't be happier with the staff at For Your Eyes Site! Heather and Felicia were helpful and pleasant! Dr. Lowe was professional, upbeat and easy to understand. Thank you for the care and service you provided! I highly recommend this office!

Great atmosphere and friendly knowledgeable staff. Dr Lowe is super at what he does and I was able to pick up my glasses right there at costco, saving hundreds of dollars compared to where we have gone in the past.
