They use Allen Davey for repairs - if you look for Google reviews of him I don’t need to say more. After over a year and three failed attempts at repair I have a broken antique clock which had great sentimental value - and am out of pocket $610. This is what happened to me at a love of gold hobart tasmania, brought a Luminox Watch cash got a bit of a discount left the shop got home the owner had set the time, checked it the hands had not moved,checked again still no movement. Full disclosure I buy watches and collect them and sometimes swap or resell. I always make sure the battery is full charged and have the watch serviced before selling new battery and a deep clean. They've consistently under quoted for gold. Adelaide Exchange Jewellers always gives a better price. Service ethic has also plummeted. There was some lovely staff in the 90s and early 2000s. Now, you're lucky to be greeted.
