The owner, David Shaw, failed to disclose that a vehicle had been in an accident, and attempted to blame the website for the lack of information. Shaw made a derogatory comment insinuating that male siblings had automotive expertise, despite the presence of a skilled female car mechanic. Unprofessional Conduct and Deceptive -Belligerent/defensive when questioned about his methods -Openly sexist -Unethical business practices (*tried to raise the APR without us knowing) -Ran a credit report without our knowledge nor consent -Yelled and talked over us when we had concerns
David was very helpful in teaching us what buying a car will do to help your credit, and he let us take it for a drive and problem solved until we were approved, even though that meant doing it till his closing hours. He was really nice and honest and even sent me the Carfax via email and even showed it to me at his office. We even got monthly payments for less than $300 each month for four years which as someone with not so good credit that is a huge help.
