Dr. Hartz the optometrist is WONDERFUL - he's independent, and if you need a new prescription, book an appt with him. You won't be disappointed. The glasses sales people are TERRIBLE. I tried to get just a replacement pair for my last glasses. They overcharged me for a coating that i didn't want -- and then when the glasses arrived, they were the wrong prescription! THEN - i brought them back, and they were rude and refused to make any accommodations. Overall, terrible service.
