My appointment was scheduled for 11:40, but I wasn’t seen until 12:45. That’s unacceptable. The clinic is overbooked, disorganized, and unprofessional. The doctor was rude, and visibly angry during the visit. This place clearly does not respect patients’ time or care about professionalism. Don’t waste your time or money there.
While everyone was respectful, this entire office was a mess. Everyone who works there seems to be confused about what’s going on. As others have stated, employees have no sense of responsibility or any lack of urgency. I needed to go in for a general eye exam and to order contacts. But I was told that I needed to have a separate exam just to order my contacts, and that I was not allowed to order any contacts until I had this exam. Dede and Ana provided me wonderful service. Very friendly and I was thorough satisfied.
Poor service. Poor communication. Employees have no sense of responsibility and lack of urgency when estimated arrival were delayed. Patiently, waited for my eyeglass for more than a month (I was promised 3 weeks at the most) and front desk wouldn’t give any reason for the delay. No call, no update.
Helena was a GREAT help! She is very knowledgeable and understanding! She is the reason that I will return!
