Helena was a GREAT help! She is very knowledgeable and understanding! She is the reason that I will return!
This company is terrible with handling billing concerns. My daughter was seen at this location back in October of 2024 and we were informed of her balance in March of 2025. We have contacted the clinic and corporate countless times requesting an itemized bill and to fix our home address. We have yet to receive this itemized bill but they still went ahead and sent our account to collection!!! The collection agency informed us they received the account in April of 2025. I was very happy with the teamwork and customer service. Helena was very helpful, and went over everything with me. A month later, I received another bill, so I called to check the validity of it. After researching the issue, Helena again came through and straightened everything out. Thank you, Helena!!!!
Helena was absolutely incredible, she was so helpful and showed that she genuinely cared about getting us the best pairs at a good price. Her energy was so welcoming and friendly, love her 10/10 service.
The place is small and, doesn’t look clean nor smell fresh They do have permanent doctors which is a plus
