I had an Eye Exam with Dr.Monica Cross and had a bad experience the first time I visited she just kept trying to touch the top of my head and my face it was odd. And recently I had a recent eye exam and didn’t remember she was the One I had my last exam with. This time at this appointment, she was fidgeting around me as if she couldn’t help control her hands. I received excellent customer care. Dr. Cross was very nice and clear with her directions. The staff was friendly and very wise with my needs & wants. I felt like I mattered to other people who go through hard times.
Do Not Recommend This Location I would strongly advise against visiting this location. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing, and this will be my first and last visit. Both the front-desk staff member and Dr. Monica Cross displayed attitudes that I found dismissive, unprofessional, and lacking in genuine concern for the patient.
