Been going there for over 10 yrs. Was very good. They were texting & emailing for mos, telling me I need to come in for eye exam. So I made an apptjt a week in advance. Rec'd conf text and email 2 days prior. I responded Yes. Received TY text. I show up for my 10am appt & am told it was canceled. I never got any notice by phone, text or email. I was told they cxld because I was the only appt for that day. Do no Dr showed up. They never called to apologize or resched.
I had the pleasure of taking an eye exam, with remote doctor’s screening, and picking out a new pair of glasses with the help of the friendly staff. Melissa made the process of receiving my prescription easy and quick. As well as picking out my frames and transitions. Lily helped me the day I picked them up, a week ahead of schedule to note, and I was taken care of in less 10 minutes. Lovely ladies, great experience. Thank you!
Melissa and Lily are the best, always happy to help and very kind. Anytime i need glasses ill be back!
