I have been a customer at this location since the store in South Philly closed. Even when going to the South Philly location and now Center City each person that I have encountered throughout the years has been nothing but helpful, informative and professional. I highly recommend this place!
Still waiting for my glasses after 31 days! They screwed up the first order that took 2 weeks to get to the store now 2 weeks later the order still has not come in!! No offer to expedite the reorder that was For Eyes fault or credit on the $397.50 paid for the glasses and who knows if the order will be right this time!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND GET YOUR GLASSES IN A WEEK OR LESS - AVOID THIS OUTFIT LIKE THE PLAGUE!
