Not the same since new owners took over. My cat was very ill and they were too busy to see him.

My feline buddy Chase has had Feline Urinary Disorder pretty much his whole life; this meant going to several veterinarians that were well-meaning but not well-informed, late night visits to the Hospital facility on Forest Hill for emergency catheterization (several times) and a few other visits to facilities we'd rather not mention. After retiring to West Palm Beach just a few weeks ago, we tried to get an appointment with Dr. Faigen for our 16 yr old kitty who was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism in February 2015. He had a print-out of Sam's medical history on his desk for almost 2 weeks (he has to review this PRIOR to making an appointment) without a word to us as to the cause for such a delay in seeing a sick senior kitty.
