I got some Asian man in a black robe who demanded a tip in cash and did not wanted me to leave without giving him a tip even though I was not satisfied with his work. He made me feel threatened, embarrassed, and stressed! Tips are recommended but not mandatory! He should not force anyone to give him a tip! His behavior was unprofessional, rude and extremely pushy. I would want to do a formal complaint with corporate management of this chain of business!
