I've been twice. The first time was nice enough, they didn't seem busy and nothing was rushed. But this second time, it felt very rushed and I barely got any upper body time because he'd leave for a few minutes to get something or do something. Honestly not worth the $30, I left with my shoulders still tense and my feet still hurting. I feel totally jibbed out of my money which is really frustrating for a chronic pain person. I don't pamper myself very often but I'm going to have to start atleast monthly. Very affordable and sooooo relaxing! Highly recommend
