Guy answering the phone at 3pm Friday, June 5th gave me the wrong information. I specifically called ahead because driving through traffic in rush hour is not a joy ride. I wanted to know if a certain person was on staff & asked if he was there til close. The guy said yes but when I got there he wasn't. In fact,he just moved out of state. Then I was lied to & I was told that's not what I asked. Totally horrible customer service.
I used to be a frequent customer but all of a sudden its a 20-25 minute wait for tge last 2 times I came in and no cars outside of the establishment. Mind you I am a black woman. 2026 racism at its finest!
