I am writing to provide feedback on a home‑health nurse from Footprint Home Care Services, who visited my home on 10/22]. Unfortunately, the care provided was unsafe, unprofessional, and below standard. This is by far the best experience I ever had. The staff members can actually predict what you want before you ask them. They are fully devoted and concentrated on your needs and desires. I highly recommend their services to anyone seriously in need of care and support.
FootPrints home care services is one the best home health agencies that we have known so far. Our son needs skilled nursing care at home because of his medical diagnosis. We tried different agencies in the past but none of them were able to provide consistent care. The nurse would show up one day and next day there would be no one coming to work, and the excuses of the agencies used to be that they’re short staffed.
