Why would this ‘client’ walk back on her end of the payment plan. Still have no right to hold an animal as collateral....
They agree to let you do payments, then right after the procedure is done they steal your dog and your dogs puppies saying that you have to pay first. I’m pretty sure it’s ILLEGAL to keep dogs hostage. You guys SUCK!!!!!

If you can't make full payment they agree on payment plan then later say they never agreed to payments and keep your dog and won't give them back.
They keep your pet if you can’t pay in full upfront. So sad, clearly money comes before animals.
FIND A DIFFERENT VET!!! This place will lie about verbal agreements then hold your dog as Collateral. This is Absolutely Unacceptable
