I'd give 0 stars if possible. I wasn't advised of need for POF prior to closing. Obtaining proper documents day of closing was a nightmare/ beyond stressful. Additionally, Deed was written without Right of Survivorship clause resulting in need for attorney ($$$) to correct Deed after family member's death. Owner did not take responsibility for errors putting onus on me. Owner was horrendous especially under corcumstances of death of family member.
