I wanted to let everyone know that my wife and I have rented multiple homes from Foothills Properties over the last 11 years and are very pleased with our choice to affiliate ourselves with such a professional group. Whenever we need assistance, Sandi Schultz and her team are there for us. This became most evident for us last weekend, a holiday weekend no less when we needed some help. San Francisco, CA Lou and the team did a nice job with the property I had done there, both managing and selling it. I recommend working with them.

The worst experience ever...Unkept promises. No returned calls. No followup on service requests. One year in this rundown "Executive" rental home and we are gone! Better off picking up the newspaper and finding a private rental.

Avoid this organization at all cost if you want to avoid headaches. These folks have an horrific communication record, if you need to get into them to deal with a situation good luck because most of the time the agent will not be available. One time my wife had to literally act a fool to get the receptionist to stop lying about the agent being available. These people tried to stiff us on the "military clause" we had to move out before the lease expired. They conveniently did their "walk through" after we were long gone to ba... read more
