Foothills property management is a total scammer. DON’T never rent from them. We rented an old bad condition motor home from them with an overpriced rent. First of all they will disturb your privacy with their unnecessary visits. Second, even though they were told to visit by appointment, they will make surprises and come to your home without any solid reason and force your door. We have outdoor and indoor cameras. Customer Service is very unprofessional. Heather is very rude. Have not worked with any other ones just the one in cottonwood.
