The amount of negative reviews Foothills receives is extreme, in my opinion. Having cleaned many homes for them, I can tell you that 85% of tenants do not leave their rentals in decent shape. When we come in to clean, most of the homes are either dirty, very dirty, or like something you'd see on Hoarders.In my experience, Foothills does a good job making sure their properties are ready for new tenants.
Extremely friendly, helpful management. Friendly staff. Prompt attention to problems in the apartment. Overall my experience with Foothills Properties was very good, SJ and Jerry and staff helped me find a place that i could afford and near my job! plus anytime I needed anything all I had to do is call, and set up an appointment. After two years of living at the apartment i decided to move to my gf's house. a week later i got my whole deposit!I highly recommend them!
We just completed a one year lease of a single family home through Foothills Properties. We have been very satisfied with this property management company. The Foothills staff has been courteous and professional in solving issues for us in a timely matter to our satisfaction. We rented a furnished condo in January. It was clean and ready when we came. I enjoyed the pool & tennis courts. Our little winter vacation was very relaxing. Would do it again.

Foothills Property Management is an excellent company to work with as a renter. Their communication and professionalism was exceptional. Whenever I had a service issue, they promptly responded. The two heating problems I faced were dealt with immediately. They also communicated their needs with me via email, phone calls, and their website link.
