The sum of my experience is that I am totally pleased with Foothills Properties as my management company
The amount of negative reviews Foothills receives is extreme, in my opinion. Having cleaned many homes for them, I can tell you that 85% of tenants do not leave their rentals in decent shape. When we come in to clean, most of the homes are either dirty, very dirty, or like something you'd see on Hoarders.In my experience, Foothills does a good job making sure their properties are ready for new tenants.
I have been an employee of Foothills for 3 1/2 years. I certainly do not have to write a rebuttal, but I have never found Lou to treat Foothills employees "like dirt". How Angela F could make a statement like that since she was in our office once or twice for 30 to 60 minutes is hard to understand. Foothills owners and managers attempt to set a high standard for all employees to follow. They aren't mean or rude. They know each of us, our families and truly care about us on a personal level.
I wanted to let everyone know that my wife and I have rented multiple homes from Foothills Properties over the last 11 years and are very pleased with our choice to affiliate ourselves with such a professional group

There was a problem but, they resolved it with integrity. They treated me fairly and everything is ok now.
I normally don't post reviews easily but I have had the best experience of any property manager with these folks. We are a very picky obsessive compulsive mid 50s couple from Chicago who love Tucson for riding, hiking, outdoor activities and one of the best hospitals for us older folks in the state. My husband and I have been leasing a condo from Foothills Properties for almost a year now. When we first moved in we had an issue with a leak in the kitchen. I contacted our property manager with Foothills, LW, and it was handled the very next day. About 2 months into our lease the AC was having problems. LW immediately sent someone to look at it and they put in a brand new air-conditioner. I have never had to wait for response from this company.
