Great place. Drs. listen to you and the staff is always helpful.
Great visit with Dr. McAllister and office staff. Dr. McAllister and her technician took time to listen to information re: my issue, which was reassuring when they explained reason for a change in vision. Optical shop has a great selection and staff who have a wealth of knowledge when explaining options for glasses. With cutting edge equipment available, would recommend for anyone in King/Rural Hal/Tobaccoville area.
Office staff very sweet, will not go back to see what must be the new female dr as her people skills and professionalism need much work. Walked out without full explanation of my issues and options cause she had to go get her kids. Boom and she was gone, no thank you kiss my fanny or nothing. I am hopeful this was an isolated incident as opposed to normal.
