I strongly advise against moving into this place. They did not refund my total security deposit and charged me $270 for a cleaning fee, even after I had thoroughly cleaned the unit. Additionally, our bicycle was stolen from our garage while it was open. A gated community should be a safe place, but clearly, this is not safe at all. I will be taking them to court over these issues.
If there was no starts I would give it that. They had an issue with the patio set we had even though we bought it to match the apartments we added a privacy screen and they had an issues with that. But we proved them wrong and we left it all up because we were breaking any rules but after that they would just come around to see what we would leave on the patio and there was an issue. Although I haven’t moved in yet - me and my husband have been stationed in California for the military and the entire staff I have spoken to has been EXTREMELY helpful with our application process and have been so patient helpful us. I live on the east coast currently so it’s been a whirlwind trying to get everything together and I can’t wait to call this place home!! Thank you to the staff and everyone who helped us - it has made our life so much easier to talk with kind and patient people!!
