Beware of scams! Pulte advertises a 3% incentive to their buyers. They’ll over price the house you build with them so much that when it comes time for inspection our home appraised over 25k less than what they were charging for it. They claimed it was “ok” because my “incentive” brought the home price down to appraisal value. It’s not me benefiting from the incentive at that point it’s pulte. It’s all smoke and mirrors.
