Unacceptable service from the warranty department. They failed to show up for our scheduled appointment today with zero notification. This isn't just about a repair; it’s about a lack of respect for their homeowners' schedules. I’ve already called to reschedule, but the lack of accountability is concerning. I hope a Customer Care Manager sees this and addresses why their scheduling system is so broken.
Build process was seamless, I probably had the best builder Pulte has. I got lucky maybe, but I'm happy.
Everyone there is amazing. Sales, Construction and Customer care. Oh and the views are epic being tucked away in the north part of Vistancia.
