Throughout the building process, the Pulte Staff were kind and very helpful in ensuring our that questions were fully answered and the completed home fulfilled our dreams. I highly recommend choosing Pulte to make your new home be the best that it could be.
Unacceptable service from the warranty department. They failed to show up for our scheduled appointment today with zero notification. This isn't just about a repair; it’s about a lack of respect for their homeowners' schedules. I’ve already called to reschedule, but the lack of accountability is concerning. I hope a Customer Care Manager sees this and addresses why their scheduling system is so broken.
Build process was seamless, I probably had the best builder Pulte has. I got lucky maybe, but I'm happy.
