I love living here at the Foothills apartments. I work from home (first floor) and have never had noise issues. This complex is quiet and friendly. And the landscaping is gorgeous! Where else in Tucson can you find lush lawns, mature, healthy pines, and deciduous trees that become amazing in the fall? Dog owners use the dog run with respect for the neighbors who live behind it. I have lived in many places in Tucson but never have I felt more at home then in this community. We have a peaceful complex and amazing staff, Beth and Amanda make an incredible team, and have such warm and welcome personalitys. I feel safe and welcome in this community and have been proud to make it my home for the last three years.

I toured this complex among many others... the office staff was awesome, I spoke to Beth Skelly who incredibly nice. The grounds were clean. We liked the layout of the apartments
I looked around Tucson a lot before I decided to take a look at the Foothills Apts. near Swan and Sunrise. The ambiance here is amazing, especially for a large complex. HUGE trees and grassy knolls are kept spotless by a team of landscapers. My freezer died last night; and the maintenance man, Pat, was at my door within minutes. My coffe bean blast ice cream I had just boughtat Trader Joe's was soup. Pat took all my food and put it in their freezer, while he fixed my freezer in no time at all.
