DO NOT MOVE HERE. The quality of the apartments are not worth the money you pay to live here. The maintenance tech is not a friendly person. He has verbally assaulted and harassed my family, children and neighbors multiple times. You can and will hear EVERYTHING from people above or below you. We’ve reported multiple instances to management about the maintenance tech and nothing has been done about it. If you want a safe place to live with children especially, this is not the place. Don’t even bother with The Grove Loveland.
I've been working with Hillary on an unexpected and stressful move - Hillary has been kind, patient, and understanding. She answered my many questions and was great to work with.
Been living here for two years now for work and I somehow happened to get the only upstairs neighbors with tile floor because they “had the option to choose”. Never again. This has been the longest two years of my life and I’m glad it is finally almost over. I hear every. Single. Step. Every. Single. Sound. For the love of god do not do that again. Will not be signing another lease. Save your money and go somewhere else. Way too overpriced for what you get. Sorry not sorry.
leaving this review in hopes that someone will actually call us back. My wife and I have been trying to reach a human in the leasing office for days. Our lease is ending and we were planning to renew but I think that will not be the case any longer. I should also add, nobody is ever in the office, even during “normal business hours”.
We've lived here almost a hear and Hillary is AMAZING! She's always super helpful with questions and always has a smile on her face. When something needs fixed she is very quick to get our work order in ASAP and Rob is an incredible handy man. He gets too our issues same day and fixes things up perfect. The apartments are super nice and it's a very family friendly environment 😊
