Signed a 6 month lease clearly communicating that it would be temporary as we were planning on moving soon and just needed a place for the time being. Apparently they sneak a clause into the lease that you have to provide a written notice to vacate within 60 days of your lease "ending" or you're automatically transferred to month to month for an insane additional amount of money. Best apartment I've lived in! Love how friendly everyone is!
THE GROVE IS THE BEST! My partner and I went through a long, exhaustive application process with a different apartment complex under the impression from their staff that we would be approved, only to find out a few days beforehand that it wouldn’t work out and there was nothing they could do. It’s no one’s fault, but it was incredibly stressful since it then meant we were then trying to find a new place incredibly last minute, especially since it was over the weekend. Office lady not responsive at all. Things dont get fixed
DO NOT MOVE HERE. The quality of the apartments are not worth the money you pay to live here. The maintenance tech is not a friendly person. He has verbally assaulted and harassed my family, children and neighbors multiple times. You can and will hear EVERYTHING from people above or below you. We’ve reported multiple instances to management about the maintenance tech and nothing has been done about it. If you want a safe place to live with children especially, this is not the place. Don’t even bother with The Grove Loveland.
