we moved into the Foothill Terrace Apartments about 9mos ago, and we love it here. The grounds are kept beautifully,and if you have any problems a handyman is close by . The only thing that could be improved is storage, not a lot of cabin space. Roberta is the manager, and is very nice to deal with. .
