One of only 10 pediatric subacute programs in California, our 42-bed unit is the largest such program in Orange County. It’s also the only hospital-based pediatric subacute program serving Orange County. Because the pediatric subacute unit is an integral part of our acute care hospital, we can offer our patients access to high-level medical care and other ancillary healthcare services, such as lab work and X-rays on-site.

My daughter is a patient here and she is so loved and well taken care of. They do so many little fun things for the kids. Arts and crafts, activity time, they had Santa & Mrs. Clause come in for Christmas, a trick or treat party for Halloween. All of the therapists, nurses, CNA’s are amazing and if we ever have questions or need help theres always someone there for us.
