Wish I could give zero stars, my worst experience thus far with hospitals: I went to this ER thinking a smaller hospital would mean faster care. I was the only one in the waiting room, but things quickly went downhill. They ignored my warning about small veins, caused bleeding, then used the same arm again. ER nurses here are rude and just not nice at all. I couldn't go in let alone stay with my family member. Stating out was the procedure not to have anyone back their with the patient. Which seems odd!
