Last night I had an anaphylactic reaction to medication that I took. I went straight to foothill regional Medical Center and I’m so glad that I did because they took amazing care of me. They are so quick to get me the treatment that I needed so kind very attentive and checked on me and made sure I was comfortable And feeling OK. Wish I could give zero stars, my worst experience thus far with hospitals: I went to this ER thinking a smaller hospital would mean faster care. I was the only one in the waiting room, but things quickly went downhill. They ignored my warning about small veins, caused bleeding, then used the same arm again. The whole process felt disorganized and careless. I reported severe lower back pain and got no relief for hours. When the doctor finally saw me, he asked why I came in so early.
