Every time I walk in the owners are yelling at people. They also were not honoring ore paid car wash cards. That’s bad and illegal. I think this is the worst car wash ever. Crappy job on the car wash, way too much $$$$, and two different people were upset while I was there. I give it a zero! Keep driving and maybe try the one in Los Aliso’s.
This place has gone downhill, must have been a management/ownership change. Today I paid for the “best” wash, found out after I paid none of the extra sealer, wax, cleaners were working. The people taking the cash knew this but didn’t tell their customers who were paying for a wash they weren’t going to get!
Never take your car to this wash for a wax job, I have a new 2016 Chev truck that I had a wax job done, They totality FKD up the paint , Now i have to pay 500 to get it buffed, worse wax job in us history said the Chev Dealer Foothill Ranch Auto Spa 949 839-9000 Don't go
