He was not professional at all. During my last visit, I had a very difficult experience with him. He made fun of my hat, which was very disrespectful. He also inserted the probe very roughly, and when I screamed in pain, he responded by saying, “What are you saying?” instead of showing concern. In addition, he pushed the helper’s hand away. His behavior during this visit was completely unacceptable and very unprofessional.
I’ve been coming to this facility for a while, but this was my first time seeing Dr. Pelin Kurugol. I was so impressed! She was incredibly professional and caring during my filling. It’s great to know that even with a new doctor, the high level of care at this office hasn't changed. Highly recommend!
Consistent quality care. No upsell. I appreciate this dentist and her office….been going for a while even when I moved. My friend referred me. Now, my husband, mother in law and sister in law are also all going there now.
Dr. Susan Ezzati was very caring and professional at my first visit to the office (after an unfortunate gap in dental care as my dentist retired a few years ago). She was very clear about the many problems she discovered and did not do any unnecessary procedures as she immediately referred me to a periodontist. Everyone at the office was friendly and they made sure I felt welcomed. It was a beautiful experience at the office. Too bad my teeth are not as healthy as they used to be!
