I had a great experience with the Vision Department at this clinic. From check-in to my appointment with Optometrist Venessa Chung, everything went smoothly. Her staff was pleasant, patient, and very helpful in assisting me with choosing my eyeglass frames. Dr. Chung was knowledgeable, thorough with the eye tests, and explained everything clearly. Terrible Front Desk staff and medical assistant! This place needs customer service training! Don't waste your time here!
I liked this clinic for the vision. Had a good experience from check in to the Optometrist Venessa Chung. Her staff was pleasant and helpful in helping me choose my eyeglass frames. Venessa was very great with info and eye tests. 5 star for Vision Department!!!!Now for scheduling mental health services not so good. Can only give 2 star. For some reason, this location has a lot of Doctors who cancel and reschedule appointments and you will probably be seen after two months. The Story clinic seems to care more for their patients.
