I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Is this business handicap-accessible? As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
