Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? No, this provider rarely answers questions over the phone Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic listings page Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did this provider rush your appointment? No Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Sometimes, but most of the time they don't

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Was this provider's office clean? It was satisfactory
