They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
