Charged $130 for a brace, the brace was only $40 from the manufacturer. Was told, they only send a bill of $130 to the insurance company and the insurance company will only pay a certain amount and the rest would just "go away". So if I didn't have insurance they would have charged me $130 for a $40 brace.
