I transported a patient to her Clifton park office. She wasHorrible. Treated patient as if they were wrong or an inconvenience . Bad bedside manner.. very rude judging by past reviews she's been this way for a long time. This patient was so upset when leaving his visit and rightfully so. Dr. Lam is a very caring and competent podiatrist assisted by great staff who are friendly and very helpful.
Doctor Mindy is thorough and caring.
First of all Mary Jean was not the patient. Allan was. His foot feels great!
Dr. Lam and her entire staff are a pleasure to deal with any time.
