I would recommend thinking twice before registering your child in their program. If there is a last moment change of plan as was in my case, a move to the GTA due to work, away from the Waterloo kitchener area, they will not give you a refund, not even a partial refund as I requested. Forget any refund they will even ignore your emails. I paid $166.64 CAD which I am yet to receive. So buyer beware.
It was my first experience and I enjoyed it with my coach and friends.
This place sucks. Don't sign your kid up here. You'll be thoroughly disappointment.
