It's been a long while since I've been at Foot Spa in National City. I would say the last time I was there for a massage was before Covid times in 2019. I recall the days when I would make it over regularly because I had a punch card and lived practically couples miles away from the spa. I'm looking for a place to get a massage and I called this place to inquire, the guy who answered the phone is so rude and annoyed to answer my inquiries.
When Lucy was there, she did great on foot massage, very professional.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMERSERVICE!. MINUS 10 STARS . I was interested in getting a message it was my first time visiting so I was asking for information and the guy in charge of the front desk was so rude he was not even interested. I guess he was upset because I was interrupting his game (he was playing on his iPad the whole time) he even yelled at me like if he was annoyed that I was asking questions.
