I saw one of the new girl working on the counter and the new girl ask one the employee and she is just being very impatient to her. I think you guys have to bring nice and patient to customers as well as new employee.

Terrible customer service
It was terrible customer service. I have an appointment but when i got there with my three kids, they said come another day because they are busy. ????
Great service and good quality orthotics. So much cheaper than other clinics. Podiatrist is clever and uses digital technology as opposed to plaster of Paris which I suspect why it is so expensive at other places.
