Have been going to see AJ here for a couple of years now I developed something called a crows toe on my big right foot it caused me to have open calluses on the bottom of my toe it was painful and caused me to walk on the edge of my foot AJ treated my foot every two weeks and then he suggested a procedure to straighten my toe which would be done in his office I was reluctant at first but on a visit to the office I told AJ that I wanted the procedure done two weeks latter I had it done AJput me at ease the hole thing took 40 ... read more
My experience was extremely disappointed. I did not feel satisfied at all with Roopai and his staff. Will never refer for this doctor. I did not feel that he was professional with his communication and his way of talking was extremely rude. I was so sad.
I am diabetic and have problems with my right foot great toe since 2019. Have several surgeries from other specialists and was on antibiotics and steroids frequently as toe was getting infected every few weeks and then non stop infection over infection. Other surgeons gave up and wanted to amputate the great toe and they were also telling that there is no guarantee that it will not spread further or reoccur. Had an ingrown toenail surgery today on both toes. From the moment you enter the office, the receptionist Kara is amazing, friendly and helpful. Dr. Rooprai himself is very kind, extremely knowledgeable. He takes his time and makes sure you are comfortable and well taken care of. He explained the procedure in detail and was very thorough. I am a very happy and satisfied patient. Thank you Dr. Rooprai and staff!!!
Nothing but a wonderful experience, Dr Ajai is personable and friendly, he does great work, I needed to have 2 nails removed and he took care of business I’m happier for it. I’m glad our paths crossed. I’m grateful for his efforts.
