It was a good visit. Dr. Lam is competent and quick with her industrial size toenail clippers. The online registration was frustrating. It turns out their software doesn’t support Safari. When I filled out the form in their tablet the questions seem lengthy and intrusive. I didn’t understand why I needed to disclose details of my DNF and Advanced Directive to have toenail fungus treated.
Every one was very pleasant!

Everyone in the office was friendly and welcoming. This was my first visit and Dr. Lam was very thorough with the exam. I felt that she cares about her patients which is very refreshing. I recommend this practice highly for anyone needing foot care.
