Excellent staff and service.
Dr. Mindy Lam is Excellent! I have seen her years ago, and, again recently. I have a Severe Infection! She treated the infection, then, a couple days later, I had a "surgical nail procedure"!! She is so pleasant, with an extraordinary expertise!! And, her office people are SO KIND, Friendly, & helpful!! I will Never Go to a different Podiatrist!! ( And, I worked within the Medical Community my entire career! ). And, it was fun, picking "my color"! ☺️ I have recommended her, throughout the years, and will continue to do so!
Went in for an ingrown toenail. I have never been to this office before. I was told the ingrown was “infected”. I was trying to get the toenail out myself so I accidentally cut my skin, so I had some dried blood on my skin where I had tried to cut. This provider wanted to throw me on antibiotics and see if the so called “infection” clears up. She had absolutely no intentions on taking my nail out even though I had requested the procedure. I was seeing Dr. Lamb for plantar fasciitis. She eventually had me start wearing a walking boot. She said I should be feeling better in 7 to 10 days. I misunderstood and thought that meant I could take it off which I now know was a mistake. I was okay for 3 days and the pain came back so I then wore the boot for 3 weeks and I was okay for 7 days and the pain came back.
