I was planning to order a replacement for my 2-year old orthotic arch supports, but I was informed that a new assessment is required and that the foam mold is only retained for three months. This contradicts what I was told at the time of my initial purchase. Review edit: I uploaded some photos because the reply to my review says there is no record. I cannot say enough good things about Jane! I was referred to her a couple of years back for a pair of orthotics. With a slight lift put on one of them, I have completely forgotten about all of the back pain that I had been enduring for decades. Would giver her 20 out of 5 for the way she has helped me.
