Saw Dr. Gerres for an issue after badly stubbing my toe. Office staff was friendly and efficient, doctor also friendly and thorough.
Went in for shockwave therapy. Was told my insurance already approved the service. Then after 2 appointments I received the full charge of the 1st appt (2nd bill came later too). Tried calling the office was essentially told "too bad." The 2nd time I called, they lied and said insurance wouldn't consider it. I faxed them the letter proving approval. Even had my adjuster call but they gave her the run around too. Shockwave therapy effects wore off before end of day too. A lot of hassle for ineffective treatment

Dr. Howard Osterman has expert scientific and clinical skills combined with a Samaritan bedside (foot-side) manor. I presented with two very sore toes and he cleaned up the source of my pain in a matter of minutes and I left his office pain-free! Once again he made me a happy camper!
