Unfortunately, the old adage is true in this office's case; your office is only as good as your support staff. Their billing service seems to have an inherent and inconvenient problem of being challenged when it comes to e filing for secondary payer insurance. They were contacted at least three different times to take care of the problem starting in early July, and it still hasn't been taken care of. Dr Peterson is professional and thorough. He knows what he is doing.
When I called they were able to see me in just a couple of days. Dr Peterson was very good to listen to my problems and helped me that day. I also appreciated how good he was with infection control. I will recommend them to my family and friends if they have the need.
We just started bringing our son to Dr. Peterson. We have been impressed with the quality of care he is receiving. Dr. Peterson focuses on our son and what he has to say, not just speaking to us, the parents. Our appointments have been on time, and the office staff is friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Foot and Ankle Specialists of Idaho.

Dr Peterson did an amazing job diagnosing the problem with my daughters foot. She has had problems with it for over 2 years. We went to another foot doctor here in SE Idaho that did absolutely nothing. Dr. Peterson was tough when it came to having a cast put on her foot. We were pushing back - but he did what he needed to do to fix this problem. My daughter is pain free and healed for the first time in over 2 years. He is a great doctor and I highly recommend him.
