Anyone interested in scheduling an appointment here...don't. The level of incompetence with the front desk employee is mind boggling. I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Vazales. I initially called the Mechanicsville location and after speaking with them they gave me the number to the Midlothian office. I spoke with the scheduler and specifically asked for an appointment with Dr. Vazales as a new patient. The appt was scheduled for today at 3:15. I showed up, signed in at 2:45.
