The doctor is great. The admin at West New York location (6612 bergenline)needs to improvement. First visit 2 weeks ago I have to paid out of pocket since they stated they cannot confirm with my insurance. I gave my insurance on Friday early afternoon for my appointment on Saturday morning. They have half day to confirm with insurance but they told me that they cannot contact them because its Saturday. So I accepted what they said and I paid out of pocket.
