Paid for my initial appointment then had to get an MRI done. When I called to get my results from my MRI they said I had to come in. I thought something was terribly wrong. I took 2 1/2 hours off of work, sat for 45 minutes waiting for the doctor. Then was told there was nothing on my MRI. Then my insurance was billed $140. That was a waste of time and money. A simple phone call would have been sufficient.
