I went to them the beginning of November. To get my arch inserts re done. They did not tell me i could only pick up the inserts on Wednesday afternoons. If i would have known that i never would have used them. I spoke to Rachel 2 different times to try and get my inserts. The second time was the day before Thanksgiving. I was at the Columbia rd office it was a Wednesday and my inserts where not there. They wouldn't be at the Columbia rd office till 2-4.
